Preboarding

A preboarding process is about preparing and introducing new employees to the company before their first day on the job. This could be sending a welcome pack, taking measurements for uniforms, introducing the employee to the company culture, preparing the employee for the training that will take place and providing access to tools and resources that they will need when they start work.
